Refund Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

Our Commitment

ReviewFlow is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We want you to stay because the product is working for you — not because you're locked in. This policy explains what happens when you cancel and when refunds are available.

Free Trial

The Growth plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, your card is on file but you are not charged. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your card is charged for the first month.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing, or by emailing us at hello@reviewflownow.com.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that. You retain access to your account and can continue sending review requests until the period ends.

Refunds

Because ReviewFlow is a month-to-month subscription with a free trial, we generally do not issue refunds for charges that have already been processed. Subscription fees are earned when the billing period begins.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription (billing error)
  • You were charged twice in the same billing period (duplicate charge)
  • The service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period due to an issue on our end

If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of these exceptions, contact us within 30 days of the charge at hello@reviewflownow.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

SMS Overages

SMS overage charges ($0.08/message beyond your plan limit) are non-refundable, as these reflect actual message delivery costs incurred on your behalf.
