Terms of Service

Important: ReviewFlow is an SMS platform. By using our service, you take on full legal responsibility for obtaining proper consent from every recipient before sending them a text message. Failure to do so may violate federal law (TCPA) and expose you to significant fines. Please read Section 5 carefully.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReviewFlow platform, operated by CDG Group LLC (“ReviewFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ReviewFlow.

2. What ReviewFlow Does

ReviewFlow is a software platform that allows local businesses to send SMS text messages to their customers requesting Google reviews. ReviewFlow provides the technology and infrastructure for sending these messages. ReviewFlow is not the sender of these messages — you, the business, are the sender. You are using ReviewFlow as a tool to facilitate your own outreach to your own customers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding contracts to use ReviewFlow. By creating an account, you represent that you are using ReviewFlow for lawful business purposes and that your business operates in the United States.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@reviewflownow.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or these Terms.

5. SMS Compliance — Your Responsibility

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

You are solely and entirely responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing SMS communications,including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state laws (including Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act), and wireless carrier guidelines.

By using ReviewFlow to send an SMS message, you represent and warrant that:

  • ✓You have obtained valid prior express consent from each recipient to receive SMS messages from your business. For marketing or promotional messages, this means prior express written consent as required by the TCPA.
  • ✓The recipient is a current customer or patient of your business who has had a recent transaction or service interaction with you.
  • ✓You will immediately honor all opt-out requests. Every message sent through ReviewFlow includes an opt-out instruction. You must not send further messages to any recipient who has opted out.
  • ✓You will not use ReviewFlow to send messages to purchased lists, scraped contacts, or anyone who has not explicitly provided their number to your business.
  • ✓You will not send messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry unless you have a pre-existing business relationship and the appropriate exemptions apply.

ReviewFlow is not liable for any TCPA violations, regulatory fines, carrier penalties, or legal claims arising from your use of our platform. You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these requirements.

TCPA violations can result in fines of $500–$1,500 per text message. We take compliance seriously and will suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used in violation of applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReviewFlow to:

  • ✗Send unsolicited or spam messages
  • ✗Harass, threaten, or deceive recipients
  • ✗Impersonate another business or person
  • ✗Send messages that are false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • ✗Solicit fake or incentivized reviews (this also violates Google's policies)
  • ✗Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the ReviewFlow platform
  • ✗Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business review solicitation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you are using ReviewFlow in violation of these terms.

7. Subscription and Billing

ReviewFlow offers month-to-month subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

  • ✓ Free trial: The Growth plan includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected upfront but not charged until the trial ends.
  • ✓ Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • ✓ SMS overages: If you exceed your monthly SMS limit, additional messages are billed at $0.08 per message.
  • ✓ Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property

ReviewFlow and its software, design, and content are owned by CDG Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReviewFlow for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReviewFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using ReviewFlow will result in a specific number of new reviews or a particular improvement in Google rankings. Results depend on many factors including your consistency of use, your industry, and your customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFlow and CDG Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ReviewFlow shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReviewFlow, CDG Group LLC, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of ReviewFlow; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, including the TCPA; or (d) any content or data you submit through the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ReviewFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
